K and V Services was founded in 1992 by Mike Kiestler and Steve Vetter.
In the early years, K and V's focuses were commercial and residential projects ranging from custom homes to metal buildings.

The 2000's brought about a shift in focus as Mike and Steve began installing dock levelers, doors, and other equipment for local factories and businesses. In 2018, Mike's sons Hunter and Hayden joined the team. Both brought extensive industrial experience and created the growth and confidence that cemented K and V Services as a reliable and effective industrial service company.

When COVID hit in 2020, Mike and Steve saw another opportunity to grow by adding electrical services, material handling, and controls / engineering support to their product offering.

In 2021, K and V had grown enough that a substantial building size upgrade was required. K and V purchased their current home: a 50,000 sq. ft. facility located in Bethel Springs, Tennessee. 

Shortly after the building purchase, K and V invested in fiber laser cutting, forming, welding, and powder coating equipment to truly evolve the company into a one stop shop for any fabrication need!
